Ghost Hunters International - Sweden

This week's site is Borgvattnet, Sweden and the house of priests which was built in 1876 as a vicarage. The wife of a chaplain died and he couldn't bear losing her so he brought her back to the house from the mortuary and kept her there a few days before her burial. It is believed that her spirit still roams the property. The building became a private residence in 1948 then became an Inn in 1976. Other reports are of an original rocking chair that doesn't like anyone sitting in it and will change position in the room. The pink room is the site of people getting their legs patted. In the blue room, people report hearing a child crying. In the yellow room, history says that a woman died giving birth and the husband was so distraught that he brought her back to the room, sound familiar? People hear a woman screaming in this room and the tour guide says she has been shoved out of the room by an unseen person. The team sets up cameras on the rocking chair and each of the "color" rooms where activity has been reported. Dustin & Angela keep hearing a female voice n the dining room. Barry has the idea to try and find a child's grave while Brandy & Joe are inside the house to see if they get a reaction. While Barry takes a pitch fork to the ground, he, Brandy & Joe all hear a thumping sound. Dustin & Angela in the yellow room get responses to questions on the EMF detector. When prompted to touch one of them, Dustin feels cold & Angela feels the bed vibrate. I wonder if she put in a quarter! Barry sent Dustin to the blue room to recite the Lord's Prayer. As he is doing that Barry is in the yellow room and feels the bed shake as Dustin says he feels he is not alone. Bary catches a cross on the full spectrum camera as Dustin is reciting the Lord's Prayer. The EVPs turn up one sound that Robb & the tour guide says is in Swedish but sounded like a roar to me. Robb says the Inn is not haunted. Sorry kids, no photo available.
The second stop on the Swedish tour is Varberg and the Fortress of Varberg. Built in the 13th & 14th centuries, the fortress was used for military purposes (like you couldn't guess that) up to 1830 and is currently a museum. Reports are of apparitions of men, women and a headless knight. Robb & Joe go into the dungeon and hear loud noises. Barry & Dustin in the Monk's Bastion start hearing noises with Barry hearing a raking sound right behind him. The team was able to debunk all of the sounds and didn't capture any evidence and Robb declares the fortress not haunted. Too bad, I was looking forward to the headless knight! Double D
